How do you go from an academic failure to an academic over achiever? In this interactive keynote or workshop, Jeffrey works with schools to determine what practical steps can be taken to spark a change in the mindset of their students. Together, they develop strategies that can be used to spark a change in and give hope to students who have displayed low motivation and low effort.

In this presentation Jeffrey uses his own professional and personal life experience to teach about the devastating effects of racism.
